 Michael "Bull" Ables Service Manager / Parts
I was born in Milford, MA, but quickly made my way to the South by the time I could remember anything. I spent my youth playing a variety of percussion and string instruments and all kinds of music, but by the time I was an adult my interest had turned to all things internally combustible. After my stint at tech school, I spent the next three-and-a-half years working on Italian road and race cars. I tinkered with my own Fiat and Alfa Romeos when I wasn't wrenching on everything from Abarth to Zagato. It was at this time I caught the DUCATI bug. My boss had a Darmah that got fired up once a year and the sound stirred my soul. Soon after I purchased my first of four Ducatis, a SuperSport. Since then, I have worked in motorcycle parts and service for a number of brands, but feel as though I have come home in working for Ducati. I ride a Sport 1000 every day that ice isn't falling out of the sky. Call me anytime to talk Ducatis!

Rory McGuire Master Technican - Desmosedeci Certified
There is only one standard. All my professions from soldier, sail maker to technician required attention to detail otherwise the consequences for mistakes were dire. I take my time, keep my word and results are best seen with smiles through helmets. It might be your bike, but on my lift it is mine!
We Australians are few yet our footprints are that of many. Problems are opportunities, progress being defined by fixing mistakes made in progress.
Passion is a powerful emotion and a requirement to fight by my side; it gets me in trouble.... Alas it maintains the standard; like me, there is only one!

Rory is one of the best Ducati technicians (and mechanical historians) in the country. He is one of the few Ducati certified Master Technicians in the US. Among other things, he’s certified to work on your Desmosedici and an Ohlin's suspension specialist.
