  3. Await Arrival: Once your bike is in stock, we'll notify you, and you'll be ready to experience Ducati on the open road.

Ordering a new or limited edition model through Ducati there are two different categories pre-orders fall under. The first type of pre-order is a request to order a motorcycle that must be approved via the manufacture. The second type of pre-order is one that does not need to be approved via the manufacture. 
 

In the event that you would like to cancel your pre-order, your deposit is fully refundable up until we receive a confirmation of shipment from Ducati. Once the bike has been shipped and the order is processed, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please note that a 10% down payment is required at the time of placing your order to secure the bike in your name. This deposit ensures that your chosen Ducati model will be reserved for you as soon as it becomes available. Once you have placed your order, our Parts and Accessories team will reach out to help you select any parts or accessories you'd like, ensuring they arrive at the same time as your motorcycle or as soon as possible. Ducati Austin will provide updates on the status of your pre-order and notify you when your bike is ready for delivery. We strive to make your Ducati experience seamless and exciting from start to finish.


There may be UP to a 10% deposit required on select pre-sold or pre-order motorycles. Your deposite will be applied towards your new motorcycle purchase.
